Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jettison Air (the “Platform”), operated by Revenant Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revenant Collective.

2. Description of Service

Jettison Air is a charter aviation broker toolkit that provides tools for aircraft data lookup, airport information, trip management, client relationship management, document generation (quotes, itineraries, invoices), and pricing calculations. The Platform is designed for use by private aviation professionals in managing their charter brokerage operations.

3. Eligibility and Access

• The Platform is invite-only. Access is granted at the sole discretion of Revenant Collective and may be revoked at any time.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You represent that you are an aviation industry professional or an authorized representative of a charter brokerage or related organization.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any other person.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful charter aviation brokerage purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information into the Platform
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users or circumvent access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than its intended charter aviation brokerage functions
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

6. User-Entered Data

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform, including client information, passenger details, trip data, and notes.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter.
• You must have proper authorization, consent, or legal basis to enter any third-party personal information - including passenger names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and other sensitive data - into the Platform.
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations regarding passenger manifests, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• We process the data you enter solely to provide the Platform to you. We do not independently use, sell, or share your client or passenger data.

7. Generated Documents

The Platform generates quotes, itineraries, and invoices based on the data you provide. Please note:

• Generated documents are tools created for your use in your brokerage operations. They do not constitute offers, contracts, or binding agreements from Revenant Collective.
• Revenant Collective is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated document content. All content is derived from data you enter.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all generated documents before distributing them to clients, operators, or any other parties.

8. Aircraft and Airport Data

The Platform provides access to aircraft specifications, operator databases, and airport information sourced from publicly available data, including FAA databases and third-party services.

• All reference data is provided for informational purposes only.
• Revenant Collective does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or currency of any aircraft, operator, or airport data.
• You should always verify critical operational data - including airport facilities, runway conditions, fuel availability, and operator certifications - through official sources such as the FAA, airport authorities, and operator representatives before making operational decisions.
• Weather data displayed in the Platform is sourced from public aviation weather services and should be used for reference only, not as a primary source for flight planning.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform - including its design, code, branding, logos, and user interface - is the intellectual property of Revenant Collective and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal charter brokerage operations.

Aircraft photographs displayed in the Platform may be sourced from third-party services (PlaneSpotters, Wikimedia Commons) and are subject to their respective licenses and terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Platform is a business tool designed to assist charter aviation brokers. It is not a replacement for professional aviation regulatory compliance tools, legal advice, or industry-specific due diligence. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FAA regulations and Department of Transportation requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revenant Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on data, documents, or information provided by or generated through the Platform
• Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data
• Errors or inaccuracies in aircraft, airport, operator, or weather data
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party claims arising from documents you generate or distribute using the Platform

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total fees, if any, paid by you to Revenant Collective in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenant Collective, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) data you enter into the Platform; (c) documents you generate and distribute using the Platform; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including aviation regulations.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

The following sections shall survive termination of these Terms: Sections 6 (User-Entered Data), 7 (Generated Documents), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law).

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Revenant Collective is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
